A true conservationist is a man who knows
that the world is not given by his fathers
but borrowed from his children.

Our Mission

Our goals and purposes are entirely focused on ensuring that green and open space in Gwinnett and the Georgia Piedmont is permanently protected for healthy communities and quality of life.

Our mission is to:

  • Permanently preserving land in the Piedmont region of Georgia to protect the quality of our waters and woodlands;
  • Complement the conservation efforts of cities and citizens; and
  • Save farmland and historic sites for communities to enjoy now and for generations to come.
