Protected Land

The Georgia Piedmont Land Trust has approximately 36 properties totaling 870 acres under permanent protection.

While most of our properties are in Gwinnett County our service area has expanded with the addition of properties in Dekalb, Hall, Walton and Rockdale counties.

Our protected properties include:

  • Sweetwater Creek
  • Baker's Rock

  • Drowning Creek
  • Calloway-Garner Cemetery

  • Yellow River Wetlands
  • Candler Park Community Garden (Dekalb)
  • Belton Stream Corridor (Hall)
  • Monestary of the Holy Spirit Green Cemetary (Rockdale)
